Teaching faculty staff in the Faculty of Medicine at Galala University exchanged their experiences and sharpened their skills during a one-day “Faculty Development Workshop”. The important topic of planning, systematic designing, and implementing multidisciplinary integrated co-teaching lectures was addressed through hands-on and peer-reviewed activities.
This workshop is part of a series of Faculty Development seminars which aligns with the ongoing need to improve teaching faculty’s skills and abilities. Organized and presented by Dr. Reem Sallam and her active colleagues, the workshop aimed to enhance the faculty’s teaching strategies and methodologies.
The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Salma Dowara, along with all teaching faculty staff, actively participated in the workshop. Their involvement underscored the commitment of Galala University to fostering continuous professional development and improving the quality of education.
