GU recently participated in the inaugural forum and exhibition organized by the Egypt Smart Universities Network (eSUN), alongside Alamein, King Salman, and New Mansoura Universities. Held in partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the event brought together leading institutions in the higher education sector, technology specialists, and industry leaders to explore innovative strategies for smart education.
The event emphasized the role of digital transformation in Egypt’s academic landscape, focusing on fostering collaboration among universities to integrate technology into education. With discussions centered on AI, IoT, and big data analytics, the forum highlighted initiatives that drive smart learning, enhance research capabilities, and support sustainable, data-driven decision-making.
