In celebration of Orphan Day, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Galala University organized a meaningful visit to El Sondos Orphan Care House, turning a simple day into an unforgettable experience of connection, learning, and compassion.
Led by Faculty Dean Prof. Nagwa Samak and supported by dedicated academic staff, the visit gave students the opportunity to spend quality time with the children—playing games, doing creative activities, and offering companionship. What started as a community service initiative quickly became a powerful learning moment, helping students develop empathy, communication, and leadership skills outside the classroom.
This experience reflects the faculty’s belief in education that inspires social responsibility and nurtures future leaders who care. With guidance from their professors, students saw firsthand how small acts of kindness can make a real difference.
We thank the El Sondos team for their warm welcome and look forward to continued collaboration. Through initiatives like this, Galala University proudly supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially those focused on education, equality, and community well-being.
