1. The transfer process is regulated by the Supreme Council of Universities. 
2. Egyptian students who are interested in pursuing Galala University degrees are invited to complete the application online.
3. Once the student submits the application and uploads the required documents (a copy of the high school certificate or equivalent, a copy of the university transcript, a copy of the courses content, a copy of national ID or passport, and complete the payment for application fees), it will be reviewed, and the student will receive a notification via email with all the details.
4. Application fees of Egyptian students are 1600 EGP (nonrefundable) to be paid as per the application instructions.
5. Transfer fees of Egyptian students are 3000 EGP.
6. Application fees of non-Egyptian students are 150 USD. 
7. The received documents will be evaluated by the concerned academic department.
8. Upon fulfilling all the admission requirements, a provisional acceptance email will be sent to the applicant, which includes all the required original admission documents.

Transfer Conditions of Students from universities in Egypt

• The student has to fulfil the required percentage of admission to the university , in the year of graduation from the high school.
• The student must have spent at least one year studying at the previous university.
• To transfer a course, a minimum of 60% of the content has to be completed by the student.
• The student must not have received disciplinary sanctions or been expelled from a previous university.
• Only 50% of the required credit hours for graduation of any program, is subject to transfer.
• Transferred student must study at least three academic years (for fields in which the duration of study is more than four years), and at least two academic years (for fields in which the duration of study is four academic years).

Transfer Conditions of Students from Universities outside Egypt

• As for students studying abroad, whether Egyptian, Arab, or foreign, who want to transfer to complete their studies in Egypt, they must submit the following required papers and documents:
• A high school certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of residence and the Egyptian embassy there.
• A transcript of grades certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of residence and the Egyptian embassy there.
• A certificate of movement from the Ministry of Interior proving the period the Egyptian student spent while studying at the university from which he was transferred in the case of transferring from outside Egypt.
• A copy of the residence permit in the country where the university is transferred from, provided that the student’s period of residence in the country from which he is transferred is not less than a full academic year.
• The academic content must be stamped as well by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of residence and the Egyptian embassy there.
• The university from which the student is transferring, must be recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt.
• Receipt of transfer papers from the student is not considered as an acceptance unless approved by the President of the University, and the Council of Private and Private Universities approves the transfer.
