Galala University’s Nano-Guard Project Reaches Finals, Pioneering the Future of Infection Prevention

Galala University is proud to announce that a team of exceptional students has advanced to the finals of a prestigious competition with their innovative Nano-Guard Project. This groundbreaking project represents a significant leap forward in infection prevention, utilizing nanotechnology to develop a subcutaneous implant capable of detecting and neutralizing deadly viruses and bacteria.

The Nano-Guard Project emerged from an online rally competition, where university teams from around the world competed to develop the most impactful ideas. Guided by the expertise of their mentors, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Noureldin Hassan and Dr. Noha Lasheen, the Galala University team successfully navigated multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation, securing their place in the final round.
