Aligning with our commitment to global learning and innovation, and as part of our partnership with Arizona State University and the Cintana Alliance, the Architectural Design and Digital Architecture Program was delighted to host Maria Vintimilla from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador from October 5th to November 1st, 2024.
During her visit, Maria worked closely with students on joint design projects, fostering meaningful collaboration between Egyptian and Ecuadorian students. Using innovative tools, participants overcame language barriers, effectively communicating in both Arabic and Spanish.
Maria also delivered a series of engaging lectures and workshops, including a thought-provoking session on the impact of climate change on the Red Sea region, inspiring students to explore creative and sustainable architectural solutions.
This collaboration reflects Galala University’s dedication to building global partnerships that enrich the educational experience and prepare students to tackle global challenges.
