Galala University Hosts Workshop on Protocol and Conference Organization Led by H.E. Ambassador Kadry Abdel Motaleb

Galala University held a workshop today titled “Fundamentals of Protocol in Organizing and Managing Conferences”, led by H.E. Ambassador Kadry Abdel Motaleb, former Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, former Director of Foreign Protocol, and current Diplomatic Advisor to the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif.

The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of Galala University’s Business Development Management Team, aligning with the university’s commitment to fostering professional growth among its staff and achieving institutional excellence.

Ambassador Abdel Motaleb covered key topics such as the definitions and differences between protocol, etiquette, and ceremonies. He emphasized the importance of attention to detail in conference planning and how well-executed protocols can reflect an organization’s professionalism and strengthen its internal and external reputation.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the workshop, noting its practical value in developing their skills and deepening their understanding of how effective protocol and event management contribute to institutional success.
