Adel A. Elazab Elged

Prof. Adel, the Dean of Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Galala University since October 2023, is the founding director of Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program from 9/2020 till 8/2024. He is a full professor of clinical and chemical pathology with more than 25 years’ experience in education and management of Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, and TDM/ Toxicology laboratories with profound experience in setup, staffing, operational planning, supervision, and quality management in Egypt and Saudia Arabia. He is experienced in Teaching, Assessment and Supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students by Innovative Teaching Techniques and Tutoring Advice, Assigning Efficient Educational Programs, Application of E-Learning Strategies, and Developing Tools for assessment and evaluation. Prof Adel is an Accreditation Assessor in Egyptian Council for Accreditation (EGAC) for medical laboratory’s ISO 15189 and quality management of full accreditation certification (ISO 15189; ISO 9002; CCHSA; JCI; Egyptian Accreditation for Hospitals; and Saudi Accreditation [CBAHI]). He is a member of ADLM, ASCP, ESLM, and ILEP. He had participated and attended a lot of national and international academic and specialty conferences, seminars, and workshops.
