Rania Farrag

Dr. Rania Farrag has made significant contributions to the field of Nursing, with a distinguished career in both academic and practical settings. From 2021 to 2022, she served as the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Nursing, Fayoum University. Since 2023, she has been a professor and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Galala University.

Dr. Farrag earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Maternal and neonatal Health Nursing from Ain Shams University. She has been actively involved in various quality assurance training workshops. In 2018, she was recognized as an International Trainer at the FLDC, a collaboration between the University of Missouri, USA, and Fayoum University. Additionally, she serves as an international arbitrator for two international scientific journals specializing in obstetrics and women’s health and a national journal.

With over 50 scientific papers published in global and national journals, Dr. Farrag’s research spans women’s health, obstetrics nursing, and nursing education. She has supervised over 35 master’s and doctoral theses and has served as an external discussant for numerous scientific theses. Her expertise is utilized as an external quality reviewer at the Faculty of Nursing, Ain Shams University.
