Professor Reem is a professor of Medical Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry (USA) and a post-doctoral in Pathology, College of Medicine, University of Vermont, USA. Before joining GU, professor Reem was a teaching staff in the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Egypt, and in the College of Medicine, King Saud University, KSA; and a Clinical Chemistry Consultant in King Abdulaziz University Hospital in KSA. Prof. SALLAM visited worldwide-renowned institutes as a visiting scientist, in Denmark, South Korea, and UK. Her publications earned more than 2000 citations. She is also a certified TOT.
